Fertilizers on water

Water bamboo, the perennial plants of Poaceae family. Harvesting season is around the Qingming Festival and the Mid-Autumn Festival. When the smut fungus invades the plant, it causes the secretion of certain growth hormones (such as IAA or cytokinin), then stems increasing in size to the edible portion. Water bamboo is a high nutrients requirement crop, requiring 7 to 8 top-dressing for the first and second crop. As the wetland plant and suitability for smut fungi in temperatures ranging from 15-25℃ need a substantial amount of underground water to lower ground temperature. Therefore, nutrients are easy to lose. Throughout each fertilization, drainage is required to reduce water levels and minimize nutrient loss.

 

While the principle of using fertilizer is "little and often", lowering water levels will cause the increased of ground temperature, excessive ground temperature or too frequent ground temperature changes will also increase the probability of male plants. Acidic soil makes it easier to lose cations and ammonium nutrients, leading to the problem of Eutrophication. Therefore, apart from solid fertilization, the application of liquid foliar fertilizers does not require drainage, improves nutrient use efficiency and serves as an alternative solution. At present, during the vegetative stage of second crop, 1-2 top-dressing should be considered.

Tillering stage:

1. Utilize the natural tillering effect of corn germ extract on plants to accelerate the growth of lateral buds.
2. Use the average overall ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and calcium, magnesium, boron and molybdenum to make the plant lateral buds grow in a balanced way and maintain good metabolism.
3. Utilize vitamin B1, B12 to make plants grow root well and maintain the growth of lateral buds.
4. Use the small molecule glucose to provide the required nutrients for plant respiration.

 

Booting Stage:

Go Growing 370 (Special for Growing, High in Nitrogen) (6.5-3.0-3.0)

1. The combination of high nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium can make stems and leaves grow quickly.
2. High calcium and appropriate amount of nitrate nitrogen, magnesium, boron and molybdenum can make stems and leaves grow and thicken quickly.
3. Sorbitol provides the organic carbon source can enhances nitrogen absorption efficiency.

 

High-Temperature or Special Period:
Ca Strong 801(Special for Summer and Water Retention) (3.0-2.5-4.5)

1. Appropriate amount of silicon and sugar can make the water retaining capacity better.
2. High potassium, high calcium and fulvic acid can help regulate plant stomata.
3. Appropriate amount of phosphorus, zinc and B complex can induce new roots and continuously activate the aging roots.
4. Appropriate amount of nucleotides can slow the plants senescence.
5. Appropriate amount of betaine can help regulates the cell wall and prevents dehydration.
6. Glucose can regulate the cell osmosis.
